Judicial Reform and Land Reform in the Roman Republic

A complete re-edition of the texts of two Roman laws from the second century BC, which have survived from antiquity on 12 fragments of bronze. The laws are of considerable interest to historians since they provide important evidence for the understanding of the revolutionary period which led to the overthrow of the Roman Republic.
