This 1983 book reports the proceedings of the eleventh European symposium on clinical pharmacy which was held in Brussels in October 1982. The theme of the symposium was the concept of the therapeutic team and the relative contributions and responsibilities of pharmacists, nurses and physicians to the planning and implementation of drug treatment regimens.
