Countywide Evaluation of the Long-term Family Self-sufficiency Plan

An analysis of how a results-based accountability methodology was used in Los Angeles County to devise programmes targeting low income families. It concludes that the framework is a useful planning tool for the county, but that its use in implementation and evaluation is more complicated.
