Generalized Cauchy-Riemann Systems with a Singular Point

This text presents a theory of generalized Cauchy-Riemann systems with the order of the polar singularities not less than one and discusses its application to the study of infinitesimal bendings of positive curvature surfaces with an isolated flat point.
