Historic Textiles, Papers, and Polymers in Museums

This work discusses which analytic techniques to use in a restoration, and provides information on the applications of chemical science in the investigation of aged protein fibers, polymers used in sculptures and photographic films, cellulosic fibres, paper, wood, and other media.
