History of Scotland: Volume 2, From the Accession of Mary Stewart to the Revolution of 1689

Peter Hume Brown's History of Scotland was first issued by the Cambridge University Press in three successive volumes from 1898 to 1909 and reprinted in 1911. This second volume covers the period from the accession of Mary Stewart in 1542 to the Glorious Revolution in 1688-9.
