The thermodynamical formalism has been developed by the authors for a very general class of transcendental meromorphic functions. This title offers an account of the thermodynamical formalism for a meromorphic function. It shows the existence of Gibbs states and equilibrium states. It contains a description of spectral and asymptotic properties.
