Taking a look at gender and sexuality in sport, this collection brings together perspectives from philosophy, sociology, anthropology, gender studies and sports studies. It addresses three main themes: masculinity and violence in sport, the 'feminisation' of traditionally male-dominated sports, and the performance of sexuality in sporting spaces.
